Bury St. Edmunds Basketball Club are delighted to announce the extension of the sponsorship agreement between the club and Absolute Detailing.
The Brandon-based detailing firm provide high quality and bespoke detailing services for vehicles of all kinds from their custom designed detailing studio. With multiple bays they can cater for a huge variety of needs providing services for customers from across the East Region.
The new agreement will see Absolute Detailing as the home kit sponsor for both of our Under 14's Boys & Girls sides as they look to venture into their debut NBL seasons, whilst also competing in the Norfolk Youth Basketball League, and sees the sideline sponsorship of the club extend through to the end of the 2021/22 season.
"After enjoying seeing how the club grew and seeing more about the ethos of the club, when Arron approached us regarding kit sponsorship to run alongside our sideline sponsorship, for us it was a no-brainer." said Pat Merryweather of Absolute Detailing. "To be able to help support both the youth and senior aspects of the club is a great opportunity for us to really show our overall support for the club, and to help the junior programme to grow. We look forward to seeing how the club further develops this season and offering our continued support."
"Having Absolute Detailing extend their sponsorship of our club is huge for us" said Head Coach Arron MacDonald. "It's no secret that Pat's become a big part of our club in a short time. Having come into the club as a coach just a year ago, he's bought-in to the way we do things and the why behind it, and has become one of our club's very biggest supporters, and one of the more popular sponsors amongst our members - several of whom have made use of the generous discount on offer. For many of our kids, the U14's will be their first NBL experience, and I'm really proud that as well as having the opportunity to represent our club, they'll also have such a fantastic sponsor on their shirts, too."
