With the 2019 AGM just days away, the Committee have agreed the agenda for the meeting.
As this is an AGM, there will be no "Any Other Business" on the agenda. However, the Committee recognise that with all of the recent developments around the club, members and parents may have some questions.
As such, following the close of the AGM, there will be an open forum in which members and parents can raise any questions they may have, and start getting some new business on the new committee's agenda for the 2019/20 season.

1. Management Committee Reports for 2018/19 season:
- Chairman's Report
- Secretary's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- Head Coach's Report
2. Constitutional Changes to be Agreed
(a) Ensuring that we are shown as a "not for profit" club, with a charitable dissolution clause.
(b) Amendment of Committee Structure, splitting into a Management Committee, with sub-committees overseeing Club Business, Club Service & Club Technical.

As per the constitution, all other voluntary roles will be appointed by the Committee.
